Potential Assessment Methods

  • Multiple choice questionnaires, research logs, reflective writing, ‘think alouds,’ self or peer evaluations, research drafts or papers, open-ended question responses, bibliographies, presentations, posters, performances, portfolios, worksheets, pre-tests / post-tests
  • Formative assessments: Self or peer evaluation; A research draft or paper presented to the course faculty based on the information sources retrieved; An annotated bibliography as a result of reading and evaluating different information sources; Presentation on the research topic
